Kerala Mixture, is a combination of deep-fried Ingredients such as Boondi, Sev, Peanuts, Roasted Gram, Curry Leaves, and Fried Banana Chips, all tossed in Aromatic Spices like Chili Powder, Turmeric, and Asafoetida. The ancient Households of Kerala made different fried Snacks and mixed all the Elements together to create a more flavorful and textured Snack. The name "Mixture" as a Snack therefore, became Kerala’s version of fried Snacks made in Coconut Oil mixed with Aromatic Curry Leaves making it a unique nostalgic Delicacy of the Region.
