Non-Returnable Items: (No Return)

  • Personal care items (e.g., skincare products).
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Product damaged product after successful delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, ship the product to:

Please ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transit. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Payment Method: The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7 business days to process after approval.

Note: Shipping charges incurred by us are not refundable.
