1. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order on malluvibes.com we will send you an email confirmation of your order along with the order details.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours from the time of order confirmation, including payment verification except for customized products .

2. Shipping Time and Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: After your order is processed, we will ship it to the address provided at checkout. Delivery usually takes 1-7 business days from the time of dispatch depending on the delivery location . However the Shipping delays do occur depending on export, import clearances , transit reasons etc. We would do everything possible to ensure seamless delivery but we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control.

  • Shipping Locations: We deliver internationally , to select countries mentioned in the check out page.

3. Shipping Charges

  • * Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders for customers  based on the order value. Pls refer checkout page/cart.

  • Shipping Fees: If applicable, any additional shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

  • After your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number and the courier details via email or Whatsapp. You can use this to track your shipment through the courier’s tracking portal.

8. Delays in Delivery

9. Damaged or Lost Products
