Duties & Clearance

For International shipments, unless otherwise mentioned at Checkout, Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import customs duties that may be levied. Mallu Vibes will not cover the cost of import duties. 

However, Mallu Vibes will assist with customs clearance related to documentation from our side. 

In some cases, customs clearance may cause delays after dispatch. Unfortunately, this process cannot be expedited as it is beyond our control. 

In such situations, we will keep customers updated with tracking information and offer assistance throughout the clearance process. 

Some Products cannot be shipped to certain countries due to stringent customs regulations. We will not fulfill that part of the order and will offer an alternative product or a refund for that product only.
